Questions
What am I paying for in a month with no visits?
The year's price is spread over 12 equal payments, so the bill is the same every month. A payment is not a fee for that month's visits: a busy month and a quiet one cost the same.
How do I join?
If we do not look after your property yet, get a quote with the plan noted and we set it up with you. If you are already a customer, sign in and join from your account, or call (812) 220-2000. A plan needs a card on file, because the monthly payment is charged to it.
Can I join mid-year?
Yes, at any time. You pay the same monthly price for the months left in the year, counting the month you join, and the plan includes the same share of each service. It then renews on January 1.
Is there a contract?
A membership runs for the calendar year and renews automatically every January 1. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel we settle up: the regular price of the work done this year against what you have paid. If you owe the difference it is charged to your card on file; if we owe you, it is refunded to that card.
Does it include mowing?
Yes: Mow Club: mowing visits, 30 times a year and Royal Year: mowing visits, 30 times a year.
Does it include fertilization?
Yes: Green Club: fertilizer and weed-control rounds, 6 times a year and Royal Year: fertilizer and weed-control rounds, 6 times a year.
Does it include aeration?
No: it is not in a plan. We book aeration separately, at the regular price.
