The terms for using the Royal Acres Services website and app, getting a quote, paying us, and receiving our text messages.

These terms apply when you use the website at royalacresservices.com or the Royal Acres app, ask us for a quote, or receive text messages from us. "We", "us" and "our" mean Royal Acres Services LLC, 1701 Royal Acres Court, Terre Haute, Indiana 47803, (812) 220-2000. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and prices
The prices on this website are published ranges from our current price book, and they change when the price book does. A quote worked out on the website is based on your property's public county records and aerial imagery, and it names what can move the number. The price you pay for booked work is the one on your confirmed booking or accepted estimate.
Your account and our app
Keep your sign-in to yourself. Sign-in codes we text you are for you alone and expire after a few minutes. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has used your account.
Payments
Card and bank payments are processed by our payment processor. When you save a card or bank account with us, you authorize us to charge it for work you have booked with us. With automatic payment turned on, each invoice is charged when it is issued; you can turn automatic payment off at any time in your account.
Text messages
This is our text-message program. The words you agree to when you sign up are shown beside every place we ask.
Program. Royal Acres Services sends text messages from one local number to customers, people who have asked us for a quote, and job applicants who have agreed to receive them.
What we send.
- Service and account messages, if you agree to texts about your quote and service: replies to your questions and quote requests, appointment and visit reminders, notices when weather or a schedule change moves a visit, estimates, invoices, payment links and receipts, and one-time sign-in codes for your account.
- Application messages, if you apply for a job and agree to them: interview times and hiring updates.
- Marketing messages, only if you separately agree to them: seasonal service offers, holiday-lighting booking openings, invitations to book again in spring, and requests to review our work.
How you agree. By ticking the text-message box on our website, turning on texts in our app, or telling us on the phone or in person that we may text you. Asking for a sign-in code by text is agreeing to that one message. If you were already our customer and gave us your mobile number for your service before this program began, you receive service and account messages only. Marketing messages always need their own box to be ticked. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
How often. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
To stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After one message confirming it, you will receive no more texts from us. Replying END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT also opts you out. To start again, reply START.
For help. Reply HELP to any message, call (812) 220-2000, or email office@royalacresservices.com.
Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information. We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anybody for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Using the website
You may use this website to learn about our services, get a quote, and manage your account. Do not use it to break the law, to try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or to interfere with how it works. The website's text, photographs and design belong to Royal Acres Services or to the people who licensed them to us.
Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep the website and app accurate and available, but we provide them as they are and cannot promise they will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website or app, other than those caused by our own negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indiana law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top of the page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
